New Years Brunch via Martha Stewart just posted a great Martha Stewart New Years brunch menu (see end of post). It’s not too late, kids! Go to the store now!

I’ll be making a couple of the items below, as well as Paula Deen’s fried okra. I’ll be serving a champagne punch made with the most delicious Cranberry Nip wine from Market Street Winery in Charleston, SC.

I quit spending a lot of time on desserts, because everyone is too full! Instead, I’ll be serving fresh chocolate and almond coffee, locally grown, with some Godiva chocolate stars in unique flavors, one on the side of each coffee saucer. I’ll be packing up cookies in butcher paper and tying them with string to send home with each guest.
